This spacious library – large enough to exhibit pictures by (as yet) lesser known artists - encloses a luscious inner courtyard. The comfortable seating makes this library a true oasis for reading and dreaming, the perfect place for a spiritual journey to foreign countries and cultures.
 
Our India focus is unique – in addition to a number of DVDs and CDs, we stock periodicals and specialised publications on India, and our virtual bookshelf contains several hundred books by Indian authors in German and English.

We pride ourselves on our comprehensive selection of English works and also stock books in Turkish, French, Italian, Spanish, and Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian. In addition, we hold an extensive selection of travel and language guides. Are you planning to brush up on your language skills or learn a new language? Then take a look at our language courses for individual study. We also offer a wide selection of career development tools, such as training materials for entrance tests.

Do you take an active approach to your leisure time, with a full schedule and little time for reading? Then you might want to give our large selection of audio books or DVDs a try.

We also cater for young and very young readers, with books for children and young people of all tastes and age groups. Books teach us valuable lessons about life, but let’s not forget about school lessons either – we also provide material for presentations as well as studying tools, from vocabulary to math trainers on CD-ROM. Not exciting enough? Well, we also offer animation programmes for groups of pre-school or school children. Puzzle hunts or picture-book cinema – fun for the kids is guaranteed.
